The listing consultation

The first step is meeting at your home, where you can give me a personal tour highlighting what makes your space special! This is also the time to ask as many questions as you might have about the process. 

preparation and launch

Next I will provide suggestions on repairs and staging, and schedule photos and sign installation. 

marketing and showings

This is where I will apply the marketing plan that we discussed at our initial consultation.  Your home will be toured by potential buyers with their Realtors in tow.

A vital step in selling your home, and having a skilled realtor by your side ensures you secure the best possible terms and price.

Under contract

Once an offer has been accepted, we navigate the contract contingencies, negotiate inspection items, and appraisal hurdles, and you finalize your moving plans. 

Closing day

Scribble scribble, sign, sign! We'll meet with a title attorney to sign final paperwork and deliver the keys. Congrats on your sale!
